5 Choker Trends: That Make Me Want To Choke You Out!

I'll admit I'm guilty of the choker trend that has been brought back from the "Friends" TV set dressing room circa 1994. They're EVERYWHERE! That doesn't mean that they are all 'trendy'. There are 5 choker trends that I can't bare to break my neck and look at anymore!

1) Tattoo/ Slinky Looking Choker Please STOP! The material looks like it was made out of an old slinky. Maybe I should wear a slinky on my wrist and call it a cuff bracelet? No.

2) Letter Charm Choker Girl, BYE! I might have worn this on my wrist when I was in kindergarten with my #BFFAEAE at the time. This does not require a comeback so remove the charms and put it back in your jewelry box you made in ceramics class.

3) "The Red Ribbon" Choker Have you seen the movie "The Red Ribbon" from 1999? Well, if you didn't, in a nutshell this choker trend reminds me of it every time I see it. The woman in the movie refuses to remove her red ribbon around her neck that she's had since birth. Spoiler Alert: Later we find the ribbon keeps her severed head from falling off!

4) The "Dog Collar Choker". PS: I wouldn't put this on my own dog. This is RUFF look. Unless you want to look like those crazy parents that have a leash on their kids at amusement parks I don't see the purpose. Commands: Sit, roll over, throw it out! Here's a treat!

5) The Seat Belt Choker When you wear this buckle up for people asking, "Does that hurt?" No you're not safe...the fashion police are writing you a ticket as we speak.
